Description of the offer

Ravelmere publishes a weekly newsletter and podcast covering Verdun, Nuns' Island, LaSalle, Côte-Saint-Paul and the Aqueduct path, and sells three sponsor placements: Riverside Notice, Southwest Shore Podcast Mentions and Full Shore Partnership, each at the price shown on our advertising page.

Eligibility & obligations

You must provide accurate business information and a working link when booking a placement, and you are responsible for the accuracy of any copy you approve for publication.

Bookings, orders & payment

Placements are booked once copy or a script is approved and payment is arranged, in Canadian dollars, at the prices shown on our advertising page. See the Payment & Refund Policy and Returns Policy below for how changes to a booking are handled. Full campaign terms, including creative deadlines and make-goods, are set out in our advertising terms.

Intellectual property

The Ravelmere name, our editorial content and the design of this site belong to STINGRAY RADIO INC.. Advertiser-supplied logos and copy remain the property of the advertiser.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or our placements to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Disclaimer

General information. Content on this site is provided by STINGRAY RADIO INC. for general informational purposes about our publication and advertising services.

Accuracy & availability. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but placements, prices and availability may change; the final scope of any booking is confirmed at the time you approve it.

No promised outcomes. Reach and response to a sponsor placement vary and depend on factors outside our control; we do not promise a specific number of readers, listeners or enquiries.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, STINGRAY RADIO INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or a booked placement.

Payment & refund policy

Scope. This section covers payments made for the three placements described on our advertising page.

Eligibility. A full refund is available if you cancel before your placement's copy or script has been approved. Once copy is approved and scheduled, refund eligibility follows the windows set out in our cancellation and refunds page.

How to request. Send a request to [email protected] or call +1 514-664-1244 ext. 2428, including your booking reference and the reason for the request.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. Placements that have already run in full, and Full Shore Partnership bookings past the midpoint of their six-week run, are not eligible for a refund.

Returns policy

How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call +1 514-664-1244 ext. 2428 during our published hours, Monday – Friday 09:00–17:30.

Returns windows. Riverside Notice and Southwest Shore Podcast Mentions can be cancelled without charge up to 5 business days before the first scheduled edition or recording date; later cancellations are subject to the fees described in our cancellation and refunds page.

Rescheduling. We will offer a reasonable alternative date where possible instead of a cancellation.

Returnss by the company. If we are unable to deliver a booked placement — for example due to a production issue on our side — we will offer a full refund or a rebooking at no extra cost.

Third-party links

Our newsletter and episode pages may link to advertiser websites; we are not responsible for the content of external sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
