Advertising terms

Scope

These advertising terms apply to bookings of Riverside Notice, Southwest Shore Podcast Mentions and Full Shore Partnership with Ravelmere, published by STINGRAY RADIO INC., and sit alongside our general terms of use.

Booking

A placement is booked once you confirm the format and price shown on our advertising page and we schedule it against our editorial calendar. Confirmation is sent by email to the address you provide.

Creative deadlines

Riverside Notice copy must be approved by the Tuesday before the first scheduled Thursday edition. Southwest Shore Podcast Mentions scripts must be approved at least 5 business days before the relevant recording date. Full Shore Partnership creative, including the partner-labelled profile page, is scheduled during the initial planning session and follows the timeline agreed there.

Approval process

We send draft copy or a draft script for your review before anything is published or recorded. Publication or recording proceeds only after you confirm approval in writing (email is sufficient). Requested changes after approval may affect the scheduled run date.

Make-goods

If we fail to deliver a booked element of a placement — for example, an edition or episode mention does not run as scheduled due to an error on our side — we will offer a make-good in the next available edition or episode, or a partial refund for the missed element, at your choice.

Editorial independence

Sponsor placements are clearly labelled and kept separate from our news content. Booking a placement does not grant any influence over how our reporters cover Verdun, Nuns' Island, LaSalle, Côte-Saint-Paul or the Aqueduct path, and we do not accept placements in exchange for editorial coverage.

Content standards

Sponsor copy must describe your business, offer or event accurately; we may decline or request changes to copy that is misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with our house style.

Returnss, refunds & disputes

Payment and refund terms are set out in our cancellation policy and in full on our cancellation and refunds page. Any dispute about a placement should first be raised with us directly at [email protected].

Changes to these terms

We may update these advertising terms periodically; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
