Payment & refund policy

Scope

This page sets out, in full, how cancellations and refunds work for the three placements sold by Ravelmere, published by STINGRAY RADIO INC.. It expands on the summary in our terms of use.

Riverside Notice

Cancel more than 5 business days before the first scheduled Thursday edition for a full refund. Cancelling within 5 business days of the first edition, but before copy has been approved, receives a 50% refund. Once copy is approved and the first edition has sent, the booking is non-refundable.

Southwest Shore Podcast Mentions

Cancel more than 5 business days before the first scheduled recording date for a full refund. Cancelling within that window, but before the script is approved, receives a 50% refund. Once a script is approved and recording has taken place for any episode in the run, the fee for that episode is non-refundable, though remaining unrecorded episodes may still be cancelled at the standard rate.

Full Shore Partnership

Cancel before the planning session for a full refund. Cancelling after the planning session but before the run begins receives a 50% refund. Once the six-week run has started, a refund is available only for the unstarted portion of the run, calculated from the week in which we receive your cancellation request; bookings past the midpoint of the six weeks are not eligible for a refund.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 514-664-1244 ext. 2428 during our published hours, Monday – Friday 09:00–17:30, with your booking reference. We confirm receipt within one business day.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Rescheduling instead of cancelling

If a scheduling conflict arises on your side, ask us about moving your run to a later date instead of cancelling — this is often possible without a fee if requested with reasonable notice.

Returnss we initiate

If we are unable to deliver a booked placement for a reason on our side, we offer a full refund or a rebooking at no extra cost, at your choice.
